After 30 years in the vibrant energy of New York City—including a decade dancing on Broadway—I’ve returned to my native Southern California, where I serve as a Certified Applied Positive Psychology Practitioner, facilitator, coach, and speaker. I blend the artistry of a long theatrical career with the resilience and insight gained from guiding my husband through recovery from a traumatic brain injury. This unique perspective allows me to empower individuals at all career stages to live and work better.

My expertise is backed by additional certificates in Facilitation, Positive Psychology Coaching, Positive Neuroplasticity, and Inspired Leadership. To foster inclusion and belonging, I studied “Calling-In” skills with Human Rights leader Loretta Ross. Having worked in 49 states and across three continents, I relish connecting with diverse groups of all sizes—up to 650 learners at once—motivating people in small companies and global organizations, reaching audiences all over the world.

I specialize in fast-paced, high-energy learning experiences. My sessions aren’t just about the science behind excellence and wellbeing; they are interactive labs where participants actively apply training to their lives and leave feeling more motivated and energized than when they arrived.

During my 27 years as an actor, I performed in iconic productions like CATS, A CHORUS LINE, and the original Broadway cast of MISS SAIGON. My credits range from Shakespeare to Sam Shepard, sharing stages with rock legends like Alice Cooper and Clarence Clemons. I’ve been honored by El Diario as an Outstanding Woman of Hispanic Heritage and represented the United Way’s Asian-American campaign. As a VoiceOver artist, I narrated the Samantha Moon:Vampire Detective series and even recorded 10,000+ words for the Merriam-Webster Standard Latin Dictionary in Spanish.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me rollerblading along San Diego’s beaches, soaking up the sunshine and happy vibes.
